What exactly am I buying?
A digital product: a carefully designed Excel workbook (.xlsx), delivered as an instant download. Nothing is shipped to your address, and there is no subscription. Once purchased, it is yours to use forever, on all of your own devices.
How do I receive my file after buying?
Checkout happens on Etsy, which delivers your file automatically the moment your payment completes. You can download it immediately from your Etsy account (Under Purchases and reviews) and from the download link Etsy emails you.
Which apps can I use it with?
The workbooks open in Microsoft Excel (desktop, online and mobile), Google Sheets, and Apple Numbers. All formulas, charts and trackers are built to work in all three. On mobile, viewing and quick edits work best; for the first setup, a laptop or desktop is recommended.
The workbook has sample data in it: is that mine?
Every workbook ships with fictional sample entries so you can see how a lived-in tracker looks and behaves before you trust it with your own. When you are ready, set your Day 1 on the front sheet and clear the sample rows; each product page explains its own two-minute setup.
Can I print the pages?
Yes. The layouts are designed to print cleanly on A4. Many people keep the daily sheet on a wall or fridge. The formulas live in the file; the paper is just for looking at.
What currency am I paying in? I live in Pakistan.
Prices on this site are shown in US dollars, with approximate Pakistani rupee equivalents calculated for visitors from Pakistan (use the small toggle next to any price). Etsy converts and displays your local currency at checkout using its own current rate, so the final charge appears in the currency Etsy shows you for your country.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed by Etsy's secure checkout; this website never sees or stores your card details. Etsy accepts the usual cards, and PayPal where available.
What is your refund policy?
Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", digital purchases are generally non-refundable. That said, if a file will not open, or a formula misbehaves, write to us and it will be fixed or replaced, promptly. Your satisfaction with a working tool matters more than a policy line.
Can I use one purchase for my family, or share the file?
Yes, within your own household: one purchase covers everyone under your roof. Please don't redistribute or resell the files themselves; each workbook represents months of careful design, and your respect keeps this small shop alive.
